oldfavouritiesbanner[1]Here is a little about Sam and her store

My grandmother has always fostered my love of craft. No matter what project I would dream up she always had an endless array of tidbits to use. You never knew what treasures she could unearth.

In an age where everything is mass produced nothing compares to the 'Old Favourites' of yesteryear.

We specialise in creating themed collections full of vintage products and also stock a variety of unique embellishments. New themed collections are being added regularly and if you can't find one to suit we are happy to create one for you. I love adding pieces of nostalgic flair to my scrapbook pages and want to share with you the 'Old Favourites' of the past for your craft projects of the future.

Pop over and check out the lovely pieces Sam has put together.

SWAP - “are you game?”

Hi all…the swaps are fast becoming my favourite thing on STB … I have to say I love seeing all the variety of items that come to me in the post…

Last months denim swap however did experience delays due to some swappers neglecting to send their items…i ask if you sign up for a swap to show courtesy to other swappers and commit to the time frames or email me if life gets in the way :)

This months swap is all about games… there is a huge variety of game-based items being used on scrapbook pages these days and I very curious to see what the talent out there can product with this medium.

… this month the swap requires the embellishments to be game related (think bingo, dominoes, crosswords, monopoly etc)… you can create anything you like as long as it is “boy” inspired…

Sign up opens today (5th)
Sign up closes 14th
Items due to me 30th
Posted back by 4th…
Size no larger than 2.5”x2.5” please

If you are interested in joining the swap please email me…susan.longman@bigpond.com so I can send you the numbers you will be required to make and my address.

We are offering "Boy" swaps every month (these are strictly for Australian participants in order accommodate postage) ...swaps will open for sign up on the 5th of every month and be due by the end of the month... join in they are very addictive :)

Here is what the fabulous swappers created in Denim…IMG_5136[1]
